    I heard Meta is going to charge for WhatsApp messages. Does that affect me?

    Starting October 2026, Meta begins charging for every message a business sends through the WhatsApp API, including the bot's replies. With Revenight that cost is included in your Operations Suite plan: you don't pay for it separately and you'll never get a surprise on your bill. Bots built on Twilio, ManyChat or Wati typically pass that per-message cost on to you; we absorb it.
