    Frequently asked questions

    Is there a long-term contract?

    No. Both plans are monthly and you can cancel anytime from your control panel.

    What does the setup include?

    It is paid once. For Analytics (299) we set up your account, import your history, calibrate the score to your operation and run a setup call with you. For Operations (799) it is all of that plus connecting your WhatsApp Business, training the agent on your hours and house rules, setting up your Circle with your branding and QR, installing the door app on your team's devices and running a test booking before your first night.

    How quickly will it be live?

    Most venues are fully operational 48 to 72 hours after the setup call.

    Does the bot use my WhatsApp number?

    Yes. You use your own WhatsApp Business number. Revenight configures the agent on your existing line.

    Are WhatsApp reservations included in Analytics?

    No. Analytics is the analytics part only: score, P&L and briefing. Bookings, the door, guest profiles and The Circle come with Operations.

    Can I try before buying?

    We offer a 30-minute live demo with real data. No automatic trial, no credit card required.

    Does it work with my current WhatsApp number?

    Yes. Revenight configures the agent on your existing WhatsApp Business line with no number change required.

    I heard Meta is going to charge for WhatsApp messages. Does that affect me?

    Starting October 2026, Meta begins charging for every message a business sends through the WhatsApp API, including the bot's replies. With Revenight, the agent's replies to people who write to you are included in Operations. Messages your venue starts, like an invitation or a birthday note, spend credits from your balance, so you always know the cost before sending.
