Do I have to change my WhatsApp number?
No. The agent works on your existing WhatsApp Business line. Your guests never notice there is a system behind it.
Do you take a commission per booking?
No. A flat fee per venue, and nothing per guest who walks in. A platform that charges per head needs to keep your data. We live on the subscription, so we do not.
What happens to my database if I leave?
You take it with you, in full. Guest data belongs to the venue, not to us.
How does the 0-100 score work?
Four weighted metrics measured against your own comparable nights. You see the score next to your average and your best night, so the target is always your own record.
How long does it take to set up?
The setup call and your first night. We bring in your history, connect your number and leave the door app ready on the device you already use.
