Your right to deletion

You can request deletion of any personal data Revenight (operated by Journey AI & Automation) holds about you, including data obtained through Meta platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook). This page explains how, in line with our Privacy Policy.

If you have a Revenight account

Go to Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all associated data (venue, nights, scores, briefings, and conversations) within 30 days.

If you messaged a venue over WhatsApp

If you contacted a venue through a WhatsApp assistant powered by Revenight, that venue is responsible for your data and Revenight processes it on the venue’s behalf. To have your phone number, name, and message history deleted, you can ask the venue directly, or email us at hello@revenight.com with the phone number you used: we will pass your request to the venue and, following its instructions, delete your data within 30 days.

If you connected an Instagram or Facebook account

You can revoke Revenight’s access at any time from your Facebook Business Integrations settings. To also delete any data we stored from that account, email us at hello@revenight.com.

How to submit a request by email

Send an email to hello@revenight.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request” and include:

The email, phone number, or account associated with the data.
Which data you want deleted (account, WhatsApp history, social account data, or all).

We confirm every request and complete deletion within 30 days. Some records (such as payment history held by Stripe) may be retained where required by law.
